At Sourceability, I've worked as a contract Graphic Designer to overhaul their print and digital PDF pieces, such as a new initiative: the Sourceability Insider. For a remote team that is spread around the globe, connection is a huge concern. With this project, we've had feedback that team members feel more connected and are more participatory in their work across the company as a whole.

This magazine has also served as a design style and template for the other design projects I've worked on that are customer facing, such as the Lead Time Report, and sales enablement tools such as a Positioning Guide and Objections Playbook.
I'm most proud of the rebranding and the iconography system - Sourceability used a lot of outdated, literal icons across their work, which weren't bad, but I came up with some abstract icons that look a lot more modern, and represent departments better as a unique department.

In addition to the Insider, I overhauled and redesigned their Lead Time Report, which is a valuable asset available at sourceability.com/lead-time-report where people can opt-in to receive the full PDF - creating a great lead to add to the funnel.
